No, there’s no limit to what you can earn in a day. The only limit is how much you can consume, pizza-eating competition, anyone?

Is there a limit of credit you can redeem in a day?

No, as long as you have the credit to spend, you can redeem the total amount.

All reward dollars will appear immediately in your account after payment. Ask your server if you’d like to know your current balance.

As long as your account is active, your points will not expire. However, any account that is inactive for 12 months will be cancelled.

Can I transfer reward dollars to another account?

No, your points are for your use (and fun) only; points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Can I redeem my rewards dollars on the same transaction that I earned them?

No, points can’t be earned and redeemed in the same transaction.

Can I earn and redeem reward dollars when I’m splitting the bill with a friend?
A.
Yes, you’ll earn points for every dollar you spend. Points are added when payment is processed, so give your server your RSC card when paying. Your friends will also get points for every dollar they spend if they’re signed up to RSC.

How do I get a key tag?
A.
Pop into any Republic venue and ask a staff member to link a key tag to your account. This will only take 1 minute to do and makes earning points easy by scanning your key tag.

How does the key tag work?
A.
At any point during your transaction just scan the QR code on your key tag using one of our scanners by the till. We’ll take care of the rest.

What should I do if I lose my key tag?
A.
Pop into any Republic venue and ask a staff member to link you up with a new key tag. Then try harder next time to look after your belongings better.

Can I link more than one key tag to my account?

Yes, just ask one of our team to do this for you.
